HISTORY of Christian Theology

Is a doctrine of Eastern Orthodox theology regarding the light that illuminated Jesus’ body on the Mount of Transfiguration that according to tradition was Mount Tabor. According to this Orthodox doctrine, this light was the glorious energies of God shining from the transfigured body of Christ and is the light of the beatific vision, which is associated with the Orthodox understanding of the ultimate goal of Christians.
