HISTORY of Christian Theology

(A.D. 1364–c. 1430) Christine de Pisan was a prominent medieval writer from Italy who was raised in the French court. She wrote poetry, ballads, epistles, and political treatises. She was a proto-feminist who enjoyed the support and patronage of numerous French nobles. Her works continued in print into the 16th century.
